Addition to KONE’s Release on Sept. 10 Concerning Sale of Valtra

AGCO Corporation has in addition to the financial figures included in KONE’s release disclosed the following information regarding Valtra’s recent financial performance: “(Valtra’s) Revenues for the twelve months ended 30 June 2003 were approximately USD 900 million with operating profits of approximately USD 65 million.”
