KONE Corporation's Annual Review and Remuneration Report 2021 have been published

KONE Corporation's Annual Review and Remuneration Report for the year 2021 have been published today. 

The Annual Review includes the consolidated financial statements, the parent company financial statements, the Board of Director's report and the Corporate Governance Statement. The Annual Review is published in accordance with the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements. The format of the report is Extensible Hypertext Markup Language (xHTML). In line with the ESEF requirements, the primary financial statements have been labelled with XBRL tags. The audit firm Ernst & Young Oy has provided an independent auditor's reasonable assurance report on KONE's ESEF Consolidated Financial Statements in accordance with ISAE 3000.

The Annual Review is attached to this release as a PDF file and it is available on www.kone.com. Due to technical difficulties, the publishing of the xHTML file is delayed. KONE will publish the xHTML file of the Annual Review once the technical issues have been solved.
