KONE Corporation, a global leader in the elevator and escalator industry, has won an order to provide a suite of People Flow® solutions for the Azizi Venice master development by Azizi Developments, a leading private developer in the UAE. The flagship project is strategically located in Dubai South near Al Maktoum International Airport, and it will consist of 36,000 residential units across more than one hundred apartment complexes, including over 109 ultra-luxury mansions.
Once completed, Azizi Venice will feature a full-service hospital, kindergarten, schools, and a four-kilometer-long main road with dining and shopping options. Situated along an 18-kilometer-long freshwater lagoon, the complex will provide iconic facilities like an opera house, theatre, exhibition hall, and performing arts academy, seeking to attract creatives from all around the world.

KONE's order for this high-end residential community project comprises a total of 439 KONE MonoSpace® elevators including AI-based KONE 24/7 predictive maintenance technology which increases the value of building and prolongs equipment lifetime.
The developer is Azizi Developments, and the main contractor is Gardinia Building Contracting L.L.C. The architectural design was done by Studio 360.
KONE booked the order in Q4 of 2024.
