KONE has been selected to deliver 62 elevators and 94 escalators and autowalks to the Lishui Wandi Plaza in Zhejiang Province, China. The Lishui Wandi Plaza will be a eight building complex featuring a five-star hotel, a shopping center, an office building and five high-rise residential buildings.
Altogether 23 of the solutions are eco-efficient KONE MonoSpace® machine-room-less elevators. Of the escalators, 82 are KONE TravelMaster™ 110, which is especially designed for demanding commercial environments. The shopping experience will be further optimized with four KONE TransitMaster™ 140 escalators with a vertical rise of nearly 17 meters which will transport shoppers from the lobby directly to the fourth floor in the shopping mall.

The Lishui Wandi Plaza complex is located in the central business district of Lishui in southern Zhejiang Province and is expected to be completed in 2013.
The order was booked in Q4 of 2011.
