To increase transportation capacity and to shorten travel time
to the District 8 building towers with up to sixty floors, KONE
will supply for the project 50 KONE MiniSpace(TM) elevators, eight
KONE MonoSpace® elevators and 28 TravelMaster(TM) escalators. A
special feature of the order, 18 KONE DoubleDeck elevators will be
installed to the office building towers of District 8 with KONE
Polaris(TM) hybrid destination control systems and integrated
access control system. Additionally, four KONE JumpLift elevators
will make the District 8 construction process safer and faster with
reduced down-time and earlier closing of the facade.

District 8 is developed by Agung Sedayu Group and it has been designed by FORREC and PT Airmas Asri.
The order was booked in the first quarter of 2014.
